Why do I pay monthly?
The monthly fee covers the person behind it, not just the software that runs it. The system works because someone is running it, updating it, and watching it. That's what the retainer is.
What does the system do when it doesn't know the answer?
It only responds to what it knows. Anything outside that gets directed to you directly. That's by design, not a fallback.
What happens if I want to stop?
30 days notice. What stays with you depends on what Oprane built — if Oprane built your website, that stays with you. The system infrastructure stays with me. Your customer conversations and data belong to you.
What if Simon is unavailable?
The system keeps running. It operates on Oprane's infrastructure, not on me being at my desk. My role is monitoring and updating, not keeping the lights on manually. If something urgent comes up, the service agreement guarantees a response within 24 hours.
How long does it take to build?
One conversation, then I build it, you see it, you approve it. Nothing goes live without your sign-off. Most systems are running within two weeks.
Do I have to manage anything after it goes live?
No. If something changes — your hours, a new service — you tell me. I update it. That's included.
What does it cost?
A one-time setup investment and a monthly retainer. Both are discussed after the first conversation, because the system is built for your specific business.
