This policy explains what information is collected when you visit oprane.com or contact Oprane through any channel, how that information is used, and your rights regarding it.
What Is Collected
When you visit this site, standard server logs may record your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This data is not linked to any personal identity and is not sold or shared.
When you book a discovery call through this site, your name and email are collected by Calendly, a US-based scheduling service. Calendly's privacy policy governs how they handle that data. By booking a call, you acknowledge that your information will be processed in the United States.
When you contact Simon through WhatsApp or email, the information you provide — your name, business name, contact details, and the nature of your inquiry — is used solely to respond to your message and determine whether there is a fit for Oprane’s services. WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms, a US-based company. Messages sent through WhatsApp are processed on Meta’s infrastructure. By using WhatsApp to contact Oprane, you acknowledge that your information will be processed in the United States.
Oprane does not use tracking cookies. No advertising or analytics cookies are placed on your device when you visit this site.
How It Is Used
Information collected through this site and initial contact is used only to respond to inquiries and conduct discovery conversations. It is not used for advertising, sold to third parties, or shared beyond what is needed to operate the conversation. Inquiry information is deleted after 12 months of inactivity.
Your rights
If you are located in Canada (including Quebec), you have the right to request access to the personal information Oprane holds about you, request correction of inaccurate information, and withdraw consent to its use.
If you are located in Quebec, additional rights apply under Law 25, including the right to be informed about automated decision-making and the right to data portability.
If you are located in Colombia, your rights are governed by Ley 1581 de 2012. You have the right to know, update, rectify, and request deletion of your personal data.

DATA RETENTION
Inquiry and contact data is retained for as long as the business relationship or potential relationship is active. If no engagement results from an inquiry, contact information is deleted within 12 months.

This website is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding service agreement. Engagement terms are governed by the written service agreement signed between you and Simon Rodas.
